andlid
Anyone interested in the pathfinder cooling mod for the 350z? It's used on the pathfinder (same engine) that Nissan upgraded the cooling to the 5th and 6th cylinder rear of the engine. Below is a picture and here is a link with the parts and some other info: http://vq35.com/blog/2010/07/go-with-th ... ng-system/ http://www.injectedperformance.com/blog ... inder-mod/ http://my350z.com/forum/engine-and-driv ... ation.html You are supposed to be able to fit this while engine still in, you will need to take some parts off the engine though, it looks like a pretty straight bolt on kit though and supposed to help nicely keeping things cooled a bit better, think it's probably something all users of FI should have and also anyone driving their Z a bit more spirited then most. I've got a trader lined up to possibly source these but it would be good to get a gang together (to keep possible price down etc) SO WHO wants one? 1.ANDLID (if anyone can post any tech docs to fit this please do so )

Mark@Abbey m/s
Anders, we used this upgrade a couple of times , the better way to help the water flow is to fit HR headgaskets and modify the block to allow the water to flow the correct path; but it needs to be done when your motor is in parts. To fit this in the car will not be a nice job thou , good luck. : Mark

andlid
Mark@Abbey Is this what you're talking about? http://www.jimwolftechnology.com/wolfpd ... _BOLTS.pdf Only option I got is to fit the pathfinder mod at the moment... not intending on going that route just now I'm trying to find a tech sheet for the install, only seen people "saying" that it can be fitted while engine in...
