narcotix
You can get SDHC cards really cheap these days ... What's the largest size card you Headunit can manage (in terms of capacity)? I always check: http://www.hotukdeals.com for the best prices!
spursmaddave
The HU manual should tell you the maximum size it can handle and how the card should be formatted and the folders organised. Some HU will even display album art if you save it on the id tags

rabbitstew
Ive got a 32gb micro sd card in my phone, bringing its capacity up to something like 50gb. One thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of fake sd cards out there, so make sure you buy it from a reputable seller. The 32gb`s were a premium price when I bought mine, but they may have gone down in price a bit now as they have been out for a little while.
