Sam Mcgoo
Hi, Can anyone with an OBD2 reader help me out by checking what the voltages are on their o2 sensors are? I'm trying to trace a possible fault. When plugged in and using 'Torque' android app to view o2 sensor voltages I am seeing this; At idle - Bank 1 sensor 1 = 0.3v bank 1 sensor2 = 0.3v Bank 2 sensor 1 = 0.6v bank 2 sensor2 = 0.3v These voltages do vary when driving, but Bank 2 sensor 1 seems to always show twice the voltage of the other 3 sensors. I have replaced both front sensors and still get the same result. Can anyone please spare 10 mins to check theirs and let me know the results. Thanks in advance. stubzie83
I have noticed the same thing with my O2 sensors. I'm guessing that from the service manual it is implying that bank 1 should be between 0 - 0.3v and bank 2 between 0.6 - 1.0 v. Am I correct in thinking this? I tried following the procedure using an OBD 2 reader but didn't see a lot of change on the voltages. I did however get quite a lot of vibration at 2000rpm when revving up and holding as per the procedure.
