Window reset

Hi,

 

I am having an ICE install done next week so will do my drivers side window reset at the same time.

 

I have read the guide and just have a couple of questions for someone who has done it.

 

When it say "manually" wind the widow up and down, does it mean by hand or using the window controls but just not the automatic window up functions.

 

Also, do you do this reset with the door open or closed?
