Krissg
After some pretty horrendous insurance quotes I'm being forced into considering an alternative vehicle for the next year. All I was wondering is what roughly you think the car is worth, it's a 2005 GT 51,000 miles, bad thing was a Cat C about 5 years ago. Any ideas on price? Ekona
I'd go less than that, I wouldn't want to pay more than £5K considering it's a Cat C. The only thing I will say is that if you had loads of photos and receipts of the damage/work done and it was fairly easy to see that it should've been a D rather than C in terms of damage caused then I may go a bit higher, but not by much. Sarnie
6k +1 Maybe less depending on service history and condition.
ds2000
I'd say £4.5 - 5k for a Cat C. My old S2000 was CAT C and pretty perfect but I got it cheap so had to sell it cheap unfortunately.
Lexx
I'll give you £2.50 and a packet of Chewits for it..... Seriously though, your car is worth what someone will pay. It's not difficult to go on Pistonheads or Autotrader and see what the value of similar non Cat-C cars are, then knock 30-40% off that price.
