I didn't want to post this in the Zmanalex appreciation thread as I think this warrants a bit more attention. We all know how efficient Alex is when he's providing us with Nissan and Nissan related goodies but I wanted you guys to know that when things go wrong he's also a top banana :thumbs:

 

Some of you will know that earlier this year I had an issue with a flywheel supplied by the "in stock and good to go" wizard, sorry Alex, couldn't resist :blush: Anyway, to cut a very long story short Alex has been fighting my corner with the manufacturer by badgering them with endless emails and phone calls. I'm very pleased and grateful for the professional and forthright manner in which Alex has battled on my behalf which has culminated in a very satisfactory outcome.

 

Thanks Alex, it was above the level of customer service we often come across nowadays and I am a happy bunny :thumbs::clap::thumbs:
