Richie94gts Posted December 7, 2011 Share Posted December 7, 2011 I've fitted a simoni steering wheel hub and an isotta steering wheel and have 2 issues: 1. To keep the slip sensor in the correct place my new hub forces the steering wheel not to be straight. v annoying, is there anything I can do to recalibrate the sensor? Or is there something i'm missing? 2. I fitted a 2.2k 0.5 watt resistor to get around the airbag issue, but cut through the 3 wires for the stereo controller (no cruise control) and now have an airbag warning. Are these 3 wires causing my problem or is my resistor just dead or not connected properly? Or could it be the wire for the airbag sensor, I saw some mention of not twisting it?
