aren't you only supposed to wear driving gloves like that when driving a lexus... or is it a lexi as its only 1

No, you were right first time - Lexus would be singular and Lexi would be plural, if it was a real word derived from Latin.

Amanda got me a pair of these a few Chrismas' ago - http://www.glovesonhand.co.uk/wa/1/43/3 ... Black.html . Old for my time maybe - but my hands are nice and toasty when I drive to work. Also they have red stitching to match my interior :teeth::lol:

I also have a pair of Sparco Nomex gloves for when we go Karting B)

Was just going to say 'Dents' Either them or a nice pair of Pigskin riding gloves - meant for use when showing horses but excellent for driving in as they're so fine.

Ever wonder part of the reason race car drivers where gloves? ;)

I would have thought the reason they are head to foot in protective material is in case they catch fire

I expect they help with grip but I find wearing gloves takes away the 'feel' of driving.... and you also look a bit of a knob...

Sat in an old open top classic car with the full hat, scarf & gloves yes, but sat in a modern air conditioned and heated car... why?
