glrnet Posted November 7, 2011 Share Posted November 7, 2011 You might be lucky, I can tell you however that Nokia microphones don't work with certain other equipment so there is a chance that you will need the "branded" microphone. agentsmith350 Posted November 9, 2011 Author Share Posted November 9, 2011 To add a bit of closure and help to anyone else, after a bit more digging i found that 99% of other mics will work as long as its a normal 3.5mm Jack connection , in my case the guy is sending out the origonal one.
