ug45cwb
I do feel sorry for any actual wealthy Nigerian guys with terrible grammar/punctuation who try and buy presents online for their family via paypal. Must have an absolute time of it!
speedwell
A genuine buyer will always phone and talk to you and then want to see the car before agreeing a deal...so it's a scam.

"you get much sharks up there?.... " Who in their right mind would read that and go... yes... sounds genuine lol.
sasha@lazytrips
I think your reply should be: Hi there, Thank you very much for your interest. Your proposal sounds great and I would love to do business with you. Unfortunately, I have had to urgently move to Spain as one of my relatives has died and I am going to be over here for a couple of months. I am prepared to give you a discount and let the car go for just £5,000 including shipping. You will only have to pay when you receive the car to make sure you are happy with your purchase. The delivery costs are £1,245 and I will include these within the total price of £5,000 as I said above. However, the courier wants this delivery price upfront, so I propose that you give me your address and/or bank account details and the courier company will take the payment directly from you and once the car arrives, you will only have to pay £3,755 to me via Paypal as you proposed. I appreciate that this is a little bit more complicated, hence why I gave you a massive discount. Best Regards, ug45cwb Thank you very much. I'm in town all week. ug45cwb
Unbelievable. Third one! ----------------------------- Hi, Thanks for the prompt response.. I am ready to buy it now as a birthday gift for my brother in-law. I am at sea at the moment as I am a marine engineer and due to the nature of my work, phone call making and visiting of website are restricted but I just have to squeezed out time to check this advert and send you an email regarding it. I really want the car to be a surprise package for brother in-law so I wont let him know anything about the car until it gets delivered to him, I am sure he will be more than happy with the car. I insisted on PayPal as my mode of payment because I don't have access to my bank account online and also, I don't have internet banking, but I can pay from my PayPal account. I have my bank account attached to my PayPal account, so I will need you to give me your PayPal email address and your final price so I can make the payments asap for the car and please if you don't have a PayPal account yet, it is very easy to set up, go to www.paypal.com and get it set up, after you have set it up I will only need the e-mail address you use for the registration with PayPal so as to put the money through. I have a pick up agent that will come and pick the car up after I have made the payments for the car. My Regards.
Watshot
No internet banking, but employs an 'agent' to pick up his purchases.... If nothing, they are entertaining. Just sad that a large element of the population need to scam/rob/abuse the rest of us to make their way.

tmJak
Belive it or not, it's one of the most lucrative scams going. It's amazing how many people fall for this scam, and the one where they claim to be a king in Nigeria, and want to give you a £1,000,000 for temporary use of your bank account, but they need £3000 first. People fall for it
