Mrcofpep
Hi guys, thinking of buying these 19in wheels. Think they only come in 8J and 9J. Obvioulsy prefer wider wheels but presume the 8J front and 9J rear is ok with suitable offset. Cheers

Mrcofpep
oops just seen the offset at 35mm! What do I need for the Z?
lomoto
oops just seen the offset at 35mm! What do I need for the Z? subjective really , everyone has different tastes but generally 20-22mm, also I think these will be too skinny for the Zed
Mrcofpep
with 35mm does that mean they will stick out too far from the arch?
lomoto
with 35mm does that mean they will stick out too far from the arch? no it means it will stick further in , i.e. it will look like a train
Mrcofpep
Just found them on Axe website. They only come in 35mm offset but they have a 350z with them on. http://www.autopartuk.com/index.php?pag ... =1&pid=

lomoto
Can you not buy spacers to push them out? PS if I sound like a novice thats because I am! nobody really likes spacers have a look at the spec on these wheels the offset is the same as what I have fitted if you look on my photobucket site, fills the arches right to the edge http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/19-RUFF- ... enameZWD1V
Mrcofpep
They do look nice. Particularly like the lowered azure!
lomoto
They do look nice. Particularly like the lowered azure! well thats the 20mm offset any more than that and the wheel edge starts creeping inside the arch
Kev946
Volks recommend +22 front and rear for 8.5 / 9.5 rims. These look OK so anything less will look wrong. Some people go +22 in a 9.5 / 10.5. With a 8 / 9 setup you need to take off 6.25mm off the offset to get the same effect as a Volk 8.5 / 9.5 at +22, so roughly +16 is what you need to look like a Volk setup. A +35 offset will have the outside of the rim rounghly 20mm further inside the rim than a Volk setupm so will look all wrong.

Kev, as you're the expert what about a 9" from with +18 and 10" rear with +22?
