DaddyCee
Hi All. I'm looking to preserve the RAYS alloys and think that swapping them for alloys during the cold season with some snow tyres would make for a sound investment. Does anyone agree? If so how much should I be looking to pay for a set of steel wheels and what size rims would be appropriate please? Cheers.

Ekona
But you'd need new tyres with the 17"s, which would be more expensive than just swapping the 18" tyres over

R35LEE
Ye for winter the 17's with a set of snow tyres would be perfect and would last 3-4 winters. Now is the time to buy snow tyres as they all sold out last year. My company is taking orders now and providing a hotel service for all our customers who have nowhere to store them when they come off after winter

sasha@lazytrips
One alternative is to stick some 11'' wheels on with monster truck tyres along the lines of 225/80. Now that could be seriously fun

sasha@lazytrips
This would work particularly well with the Veilside V3 bodykit and some industrial mudflaps.
chriswatson99
Do the standard Nissan alloys (non rays) fit over the brembo calipers?
Lexx
Do the standard Nissan alloys (non rays) fit over the brembo calipers? Since UK cars all came with Brembo's, but not all with Rays, I would hazard a guess that they'll fit
