ijam
Hi everyone, I've owned my 350Z since 2005 - here's a picture you might like from March 2006 when I visited a certain famous road... I've since moved back to the UK and brought my car with me. cheers Ian

ijam
Oh yes it's a great drive, very scenic - it winds through the foothills of Mount Fuji, a short drive from central Tokyo. This is where many of the European car magazines road test new Japanese cars. Try searching for "Hakone Skyline" on youtube. http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?q=hakone+ ... n&t=m&z=

ijam
Thanks everyone! I suppose it does seem a long way, but I really liked the car. It wasn't too much hassle getting it back - biggest problem was finding the right company to do the Japanese paperwork and arrange everything. On the UK side it was easy to find a company to do the import - waxoil the underneath, fit an alarm, fit a UK rear right light cluster (foglight) and weld a restrictor ring on the fuel filler then register it.
