yankeesiter
After a longish run, the Z gets rather warm inside even when it's mild outside and I occasionally have to put the air con on. Transmission tunnel is especially warm. Is this normal?
Will370z
Yup totally normal, definitely gets nice and cosy down by the transmission tunnel dont worry about it.
Beau
Yep, on long drives it can get very very hot near the transmission tunnel. I take it its normal.

rabbitstew
Ive noticed the same on mine. When I park up and climb out after the drive home, I can literally feel the heat coming from the exhaust from the side of the car.

Chris`I
Yup totally normal. I did look into a ceramic coating you can get which would keep the heat out, but that was going to be a lot of work and it was easier just to turn the AC a bit colder to copensate. Its warmer on the drivers side too.
