Bockaaarck
Some people will always have more money than sense. l wonder if Bentley really expect their discerning customers to buy these? Actually, its not the discerning customers they're aimed at is it

BulletMagnet
Does it cost extra if you need prescription lenses? Perfectly happy with my Ray Bans, with gradient tint, naturally
bronzee
Perhaps these are the glasses one has to casually drop on the bar or table to impress, if one can't actually afford the really big solid thing,............ oh I think it might be the car. Gball1973
I think i'll stick with these http://www.randolphusa.com/products-sunglass-aviator.htm I was given them a few years ago by an American "Eagle driver" who knew my family. Does what it says on the tin
bronzee
To me spending that on a pair of glasses is just crazy, even if one wanted the pose value, which one doesn't. 16k, that's just silly.

Stew
Imagine wearing 950 Platinum on your face! Your nose and ears would be sore in 5 minutes flat.
geoff-r
Why would they be sore? From the weight?
Stew
Yep. Platinum is pretty damn heavy. It'd be like wrapping the frame and legs of your current sunglasses in lead.
geoff-r
In that case it best come with a fancy stick to put under your chin to keep your head up while you drive!
Stew
For that price I'd expect it to come with a trained marmoset to sit on your seat back and hold them up for you.
geoff-r
I'd rather have the marmoset!
R35LEE
Jesus that is nuts! I remember Aston Martin Teaming up with jaeger lecoultre for a DBS watch. Very cool it opened the car via a transponder in the watch! One of my customers actually bought one of these! http://www.jaeger-lecoultre.com/amvox2dbstransponder/

bronzee
Lol, you could almost imagine 007 having the like. Imagine sitting on them accidentally, oopsie! How does it go.................... what an expensive mistaka to maka. You'd almost cry, unless you seriously, filthy, filthy, filthy rich. Imagine wearing 950 Platinum on your face! Your nose and ears would be sore in 5 minutes flat. I know, the pain would be unbearable. Definitely only something you'd put on the take at some posey restaurant for everyone to see.
