King Puck
Hello everyone, I have just fitted a Kenwood DDX4028BT Double Din Head Unit into my ’53 350z (with standard Bose Amp). I bought the appropriate Adapter Cables from Sextons and when fitting noticed that the Adapter Cable ICT 29-674 (http://www.sextonsdirect.co.uk/ict/ict/ ... html?cat=0) only has 2 L/R RCA plugs (the red and white). It also has yellow and black RCA which , I have been informed by Sextons, are for Parking Cameras. The problem is now that because the Kenwood Unit has L/R outputs for Front and Rear I don’t have Fade / Balance control or Subwoofer Crossover functions. Surely this can’t be right? I am suspecting the adapter cable may be incorrect (Sextons says its ok), especially as the CarStereos 4U website has another cable on which looks like it has Front and Rear RCA connectors (http://www.carstereos4u.co.uk/nissan-is ... 587725.php) Can anyone help me – do I need a combination of cables to get it working? Your thoughts appreciated. Bob
un1eash
The yellow and black RCA are the rear Left/Right, not for parking cameras as you were told.

jhnharvy773
My kenwood dnx-6160 and ipod cable not working, Is there a certain setting I am missing on the head unit? AV-IN settings has a locked icon and I can't touch the ipod button on the screen for some reason. Any ideas? _______________________ "Too much is never enough"
