Karlp
How do I got about regassing my boot struts, on paulies custard zed they retro fitted a nismo spoiler which is quite heavy and the struts arent strong enough, I've tried the penny trick but no joy. How easy are the new struts to fit also?
glrnet
It's all a doddle:- http://www.sgs-engineering.com/pages/home You might need to take the counter weight out as well but get the re gassed struts fitted first
slimjim
+1 ... sgs are the best bods to get it sorted... they did a refill for me. twenty notes sorted it Oh and 2 hints a) get someone to HELP you take them off, just to hold the boot. The thing is CRAZY heavy. take photo's of how they go on/what side.
GT4 Zed
Or remove counter weight located in the center of the boot covered by the plastic trim and also the wiper delete and its sorted. open and holds and cost you nowt. Not to forget it looks cool(wipe delete) Ok you need to buy the grommet to cover the wiper hole which is under £5 an assorted pack of 4 if memory serves me right
