DoogyRev
My Dad is an architect and the Council Planners are the bain of his life I think most of them like to pick holes in a perfectly acceptable design.... just to keep them in work
rabbitstew
I never bothered with planning or regs when I did my shed. And when I sold the house last year, the surveyors and solicitors checked and said because it was a wooden structure, its classed as tempary and so I didnt need to worry about it. Keyser
I got my planning permission I can (at last) get things going again. The garage has sat like this for the last 8 weeks or so - But we can actually carry on and finish it now so I can get my other Zed related projects moving. Thanks for all the support from the forum, with a very big thank you to Ebized who gave us some very handy advice for the actual application. May even knock of at lunch now and go and buy some wood

R35LEE
I'm sure it will look the nuts when it is finished I can't complain about Planners in my area as they have never had any issues with anything I have submitted. I think it's when you get a real jobsworth that things can get messy! Keep up the good work
