Alex1983 Posted July 4, 2011 Share Posted July 4, 2011 Hi all, I have a problem with my 08 plate 350z roadster. The warning light for the soft top operation continues to flash once the hood is closed and locked in place. This light is not on when the hood is retracted (open) though? Is this possibly just a switch that is not detecting that the hood is closed? Or could it be something a little more serious than that? Any help on this would be much appreciated. Alex. Alex1983 Posted July 5, 2011 Author Share Posted July 5, 2011 I did try that the other day, and the warning light continued to flash. However, last night i had a good look at the switch mechanism in the centre locking point and after some adjustment I got it to register that the hood was closed.
