HaydnH
Put a question on ebay asking why it's listed as cat D when HPI says cat B to warn others.
JetSet
As far as I'm aware CAT B vehicles are now untaxable as The DVLA will confiscate the log book. Pete
Watshot
Put a question on ebay asking why it's listed as cat D when HPI says cat B to warn others. Seller is not obliged to publish any questions, so it is unlikely that he would if he was indeed pulling a fast one...
coldel
Not a very good advert for his business then, 4 Valet in Glasgow, if he is bodging up cat b cars and miss-selling them on ebay. GoralGT would it be more worthwhile reporting it to ebay as misrepresentation of the product?
GoralGT
He said he took it as part ex and some cash for his Evo. So Log Book V5 is still for the name of old owner. MOT and Road Tax runs out on July 2011 Claim/Damage was in August 2010. So probably that's why it's still on the road. I already contacted with Ebay. Hope no one will buy it... Cray Z
Cat B can only be broken for spares. I don't undersand how the car can look that decent. Must have had a lot of cut and shutting done to it. In a high performance car like the 350z, last thing you want is a dodgily repaired one
