sparky370z Posted May 22, 2011 Share Posted May 22, 2011 Hey people, Have fitted my new DVB in car TV tuner to the HU this week. I have to say it was quite easy. I had the input on the HU so i thought i might get something to put on it. An in car TV!!! Have to say its pretty sweet. I wanted a DAB radio in the car for ages but the alpine add on was about 300 quid. So i bought on off ebay and fitted it. I have put in a switch in the cubby to switch it on and off, so that it doesnt drain the battery when not in use for a while. Picture quality is pretty good and reception is not too bad but i think i might get a booster and fit it in the rear window. I have also fitted a switch in the cubby so i can use my rear camera permanently or when i put it into reverse. Its good to get the number plate of some div that is tailgating you. I know these are silly little things but i thought i would share all the same. I also have a nismo gear knob that was in a sorry state that i have brought back to life, will get pics up soon.
