DP7657
Loved it but back then my insurance was £1500 a year and that's 14 years ago Ouch! The addition of a Grandma with (~40 years no claims) to an insurance policy makes the world of difference...
Willy P
Vauxhall Astra 1.8 Bertone Coupe haha. I had the 2.2i in Europa blue when I was 20. Only sold it last November. Loved that car. Beautiful lines.

AK350Z
I had one of these bad boys 18 years ago: Head gasket used to go once a month without failure. Stans got one now. Think I had a 1.6 Rover coupe at 20. And that was £1500 to insure TPFT!

Will370z
My dad still owns his first car that he bought in his teens, it's a corker built in the 20's, goes like a rocket. We are currently restoring her and trying to work out a way that I can actually fit in it and drive it. Can't wait. I'll have 2 roadsters then

Toon Chris
Mk1 Ford escort. Great car but a bit rusty. I remember driving home one night and hearing a scraping noise on the road, stopped and the sill had rusted through and was dragging on the road. I just ripped it off and chucked it over a hedge (in those days littering was fun and trendy, not a hanging offence). Needless to say it didn't pass the next MOT.
