ZMANALEX Posted May 6, 2011 Share Posted May 6, 2011 15 mins in a tub of chemical will completely strip with ease. Quick hose down and quick gentle sand blast to provide key. Powdercoat and then in oven at 200 degrees. Sorted. Painting is a total waste of time and money. As Stew has said, powder coating is the only way to go.
