alibongo Posted May 2, 2011 Share Posted May 2, 2011 Does anyone know why my cruise control will not set? It has always worked perfectly but since yesterday it won't set. The set light flashes as the handbook describes for a fault. I have had a new set of rear tyres fitted since it worked last week. Surely this has nothing to do with the prob. rtbiscuit Posted May 2, 2011 Share Posted May 2, 2011 its the first ever cruise control failure i've ever heard of. sometimes the simplest answer is the best. so if you changed the rears recently and now it doesnt work, that might be your issue. is there someone local who you could swap rear wheels with to see if its the same or not. what size rears did you fit?
