Argyll
I've waxed my car today but I've noticed little white flecks at the front bumper where the polish has filled minute stone chips and which I cannot get to. Can I buy grey (gunmetal) coloured polish to avoid these little white flecks?
Lexx
First off, you need to clarify if you mean Polish or Wax. They are not the same things. Your post is a little confusing when referring to them....
Zugara
Halfords do something like colour wax.

Can I buy grey (gunmetal) coloured polish to avoid these little white flecks? Wax (a solid wax - which actually feels and looks like wax) can be coloured (see all the Dodo products) but I don't know if it would actually fill a stone chip. Polish (the white liquid I assume you mean) will still usually polish out of a stone chips - are you sure your not seeing undercoat in the chip rather than polish? You might be better trying Poorboys Blackhole (although again that will help with light swirling but not actual chips). A few people have tried Dr Colorchip with good results to actually fill a stone chip http://www.drcolorchip.com/
LRF4N
I use auto glym super resin polish and it can leave a white residue in stone chips and around trim edges. I try to avoid these bits. Usually harder if u leave it on too long. Wax doesn't normally have that problem
Argyll
Yeah it was auto glyms polish. I'll pop to halfords tomorrow and get some of the coloured stuff that someone mentioned.

Don't get anything nasty.....the dodo juice gear is about 35 squid a pot but you won't get it from hellfrauds. There is quite a bit of evil 'coloured' turtle wax knocking about in there.
