350 Russ
just send them a text and see how they are, they are probably a legit buyer. dont fall for the paypal scams and insist on cash
Ricey
Eeeeek be careful texting them in case they are one of those dodgy mobile numbers that charge you a fortune then hook you in to a ruck more texts. Email would be best and yes.....deffo suspicious.
ATTAK Z
.............. and yes.....deffo suspicious. Yea I thought so Look at the similarity in the layout of the emails too viz: My Phone No: My Email Address:
JetSet
I'm always suspicious of HotMail and Yahoo addresses, difficult if not impossible to trace and most scams hide behind them. It seems that advertising anything on the Net these days is a risky business. Pete
leonk
As Ricey says, could be a txt scam. Get a free pay as you go sim, put a fiver on it and contact them from that. Also dubious about giving out address info without verbal contact first and preferably a land line.
ATTAK Z
............... Also dubious about giving out address info without verbal contact first and preferably a land line. I rang the 2nd one from my land line earlier ...... got an answer phone message
cesc
The "My phone number and My Email" bits are added on by Pistonheads email system, nothing to do with the sender. The "big" email addresses are probably pure coincidence, but the second guy doesn't deserve a response because of his opening gambit of "now then mate". I mean it's all well and good saying it if you're from the NE, but who actually greets unknown people like that via email?
