T2JOU
Quick question for all those insured with Elephant/Admiral. I have a UK 350z GT coupe (04) and speaking to the people at Admiral I can fit under either "350 Z" or "350 GT Coupe". its not entirely clear whether the GT Coupe option is meant for a 350z with a GT pack, or a Skyline 350GT Coupe? Anyone got any ideas?
Chris`I
Doesnt really matter - if they ever come to pay out they will come and assess the car for what it is. IMO I would go for the "350 GT coupe" option, I think thats what mine used to be covered under.
SwanageDave
Mine is also under 350z gt coupe. apparently according to Admiral an Anniversary model? I cant tell the difference myself
Chris`I
There was the GT4 anniversary model. Again dont think it matters as if they need to pay out they will come and assess what you have.
T2JOU
Cheers guys, I was just a bit worried that if I picked the wrong one and had a crash, they would try and weasel out of paying out
Neilp
It's 350z the gt pack is an optional extra. It's name is not a 350 coupe, when I put my reg in it comes up 350z
Chris`I
My 350z nor my 370z dont ever come up with anything for Admiral, I always have to manually enter it
T2JOU
After speaking to Admiral again (a much more informed person this time), apparently both are classed as a 350z on their system, so GT Coupe would be fine for the GT pack(Asked for this in writing as well). He also confirmed that Chris is right, they will come out and assess the car/model in the case of a claim, so its not too important.
cerealuk
Worth checking.. mine is a UK model but when the plate was entered it came up as a fairlady, when I asked them to put it in manually as a 350Z GT it dropped the premium by around £

cesc
For me when I said Parked on the street it knocked off about £20 compared to driveway and £35 compared to garage. I'm 24 with 0 NCB and am only paying £634 via Admiral. Excellent value.
1146ben
That's a really good price, mine's only £100 quid or so less last time round at 32 with 7 years NCB!
