ir_fuel
I saw on my350z.com that there are companies in the US which can reflash the standard ECU, to take your mods into account, instead of cancelling them out. Are there companies in Europe offering the same service?
Guest prescience
This has never been successfully achieved AFAIK by one of the standard reflash companies for a EURO/JDM ECU - Technosquare or AAM. Bespoke, one-off, reflashes have been done by IES or under their auspices during a major rebuild - Bap may have more details - this will be EXPENSIVE I would think. If you contact TechoSq or AAM the first question they will ask is the serial number of the ECU (you need to find this by dropping the passenger footwell trim and getting at the ECU). But don't bother, since this is unlikely to match any they have reflashes for in their database (as of 6 months ago anyway) and they will tell you 'sorry'. Baptist
Technosquare can do a relash for you, no probs. Thing is, a tune via this method isnt the best solution as it will have to be a off the shelf map, as it were. Also, the factory ECU is pretty low resolution, which isnt so much of a problem for N/A, but isnt the best for FI, where you need as much accuracy as possible. UTEC would be your best bet.
