slimjim
When I start her from cold she.... sounds lovely. When I put her into 1st or reverse (clutch down) still sounds lovely... Bringing the clutch up , close to the bite, start to get a WEIRD sound. Which sounds/feels like the cutch isn't quite engaged. Put it into gear and pull off, sound goes away. Dip the clutch all the way down again... same sound. But if I do more than say 100-200 yards in it... it doesn't happen again till the next time I start it from cold. Any ideas anyone? slimjim
Cool... nothing to worry about then? If I DID want to do something about it... would it be a new clutch... or can you fix it some other way?

slimjim
Cheer Al! Is it worth taking it all apart to do this? How much of a PITA is it to do?
HassanZ
Does the noise sound rattly? I think that's the issue I'm having! Thought it could be a loose heat shield or something... Labour wise how big is the job to replace the bearing? Thanks, Hassan
