Sam Mcgoo
Mine has a very nice mirror finish Z trim on it. It also lights up when the boot is open. I have matching ones in the door shuts too. I think they can only be bought from the states though and they not cheap. However, I think Husky (on here) was looking into making something similar. To give you an idea;

Madmarky
I have a set of those illuminated kick plates and strut bar somewhere in my garage. They were bought ages ago when my car was purple i never got round to fitting them and they dont match my current theme. If anyone wants to find out how much they are worth and pm me a sensible offer im sure we can sort something out. I just remember them not being cheap tho. Peter10
I was thinking of getting mine done in the same colour as the car as the standard colour looks a little tatty now. Trying to find BW5 colour spray paint seems expensive . Those door shuts looks awesome by the way.

Peter10
I cant stand the look of carbon fibre 99% of the time, but I really like the look of that on the brace (also on the B pillars). I may have to look into it. I want to get rid of the standard silver, not sure what to do now .

spursmaddave
I wrapped my rear strut in the 3M CF Di-Noc stuff, very easy to do but I didn't like it, quite dull and looked a bit low rent so I got some CF leather material and wrapped it in that instead
