M13KYF
remember to lower the windows before disconnecting the battery
Leenx
Why lower the windows?
M13KYF
it's to do with reseting window positions they auto drop slightly when opening/ closing , if the battery is disconnected the glass will strike the bodywork
H5
Mine was doing this and the dealer explained what happens. The circuit tests itself by sending a signal on start up that should show all being well. The Zed (like all other Nissans) uses cheap couplers for this that over time get loose or dislodged and therefore leave the light on. This info is stored on the car's brain and the dealer can tell where the sensor is failing and check the connector. Don't see why it should be a problem to sort for you. IMO, it's the safety system and would get it checked asap. If someone hits the car you'll be wanting them to go off if they need too!!
