Ped
ah right, is it a good performance gain having seperate exhaust systems so you don't need the Y-peice.... But i bet its expensive.
Vik54
I thought he was asking about Berks HFCs - not 'Bark' as in sound - never heard that term used in relation to an exhaust :wacko Now...Ped...dude - away and read up

But i bet its expensive. reaaally not sure what you think a 'seperate exhaust system' is?! You'll achieve zero gains with just a new back section even with a re-map. You could go fit race manifolds, decats a Y pipe or True Dual system and if you don't remap you'll see no sustainable difference - maybe a slight difference in grunt initially but the ECU will cancel out without a remap. Ped
True dual exhausts is what i meant. A true single exhaust pipe for each manifold....
Ian
All Uk cars are gt spec. No they are not. GT pack was an option along with RAYS. This place needs more hella flush cars

Ped
Thanks mate! Are the 350zs tail happy? or quite planted, as i've not had a RWD car before.
BladesGrant
The fairlady badge is on the imports, doesn't mean it won't be the GT spec though. You would need to check the spec. They can be tail happy, but drive it with a little respect (especially in the rain) and its a fairly planted car.
Neilp
If you can get some heat into the tyres the handling is fantastic. Very well balanced IMO

Ped
Been looking at exhaust youtubes. Liking the sound of this scorpion, It doesn't have much description besides Cat-back. So do they sound like this with cats still in? Sounds mint!
Neilp
It's a y-pipe back system. Consists of mid pipe and rear box Search for a thread about " met a noisy member tonight" there's a video of my scorpion exhaust with decats and nismo y-pipe and nismo r-tune and plenum spacer. It's a bit deeper in real life but I will honestly say, even if it wasn't mines I'd still love it. Now another member ehh hmm cragus loves it so much he's going for a similar set up
