ric
Hi guys, Looking to replace the bose headunit in my 350z for something a bit nicer. Before anyone suggests, I don't really fancy a nurrish system. I'm looking for a double din headunit that can do the following: - Control my 6th Gen iPod nano - CD/DVD player - Bluetooth - Sat Nav (With recent maps and/or easily updatable maps) - Ability to keep my steering wheel controls What does everyone suggest? sparky370z
most of the big players will do a decent head unit! look to be paying around 700-900 quid with everything u asked for. i think the Kenwood and alpine are great units.

ric
Cheers for the reply guys. Have been searching and searching for a unit which fits what i need well, and can't seem to find anything 'perfect'. Seem to have narrowed it down to 2 main contenders (The main concern with the older units on ebay is that the maps won't be easily updatable, but maybe im being too cautious?) JVC KW-NT3 Kenwood DNX7260BT Does anyone have any experience with either of the units?? just fitted my JVC KW-Nx7000 - so far so good Do you have any pictures? Was it easy to fit? How do the find the maps on it? Are they easy to update?? Have seen this unit come up a few times and quite like the look of it! Also, did it come with the bluetooth module? I notice online that they started to ship them with the unit, but everywhere i've seen it for sale they don't seem to advertise it. Where did you purchase if you dont mind me asking? linkster
Have a look on http://www.caraudiosecurity.com I've pinged them a thread asking for a recommendation that includes fitting. I basically want iPod, Bluetooth, compatibility with the wheel controls and, if poss, DAB.

diether
What unit did you go for thinking along the same lines myself. Have you found a decent double din adapter I've been looking but they all seem rather cheap and nasty.
