duncr
It had to happen. Some tw*t has whacked their door into the offside rear wing of my 40th in a car park It's creased and gouged the paint. I have a good local dent specialist I'm happy to use, but what's the deal with the self-healing paint? Is it something normal bodyshops can deal with? glrnet
Don't know the answer to the paint problem but I'm sure someone will be along soon who does. Sorry to hear about your mindless **** damage, all we can do is collectively wish them the earliest possible transmission failure on a motorway in the pouring rain
Chris`I
Not seen anyone try and repair it yet. Best ask Nissan Or try Infiniti they have the same paint and customer services from them is far better than Nissan.
duncr
Thanks, I'll talk to them. What a pain ... the damage is about 2" long but it's creased the metal and gone through the paint, so no paintless repair options. I'll post back with what they say.
