philb1965
When I get in and out if the car I get a creaking noise I think from the rear. Any other 370 owners with this 'feature'? Also have a little 'squeak' when going over speed bumps. May be the same thing. Going to be another 3 months before a service to get it sorted. Will370z
http://www.weightwatchers.co.uk/Index.aspx ...hahahahaha, you read my mind. Sorry I know that isn't helping your issue. I know how annoying things like this can be on a new car. Hope you get it fixed
350 Russ
possibly the rear drop links like in the 350?
Ekona
Very possible Russ. Also why wait three months? It's under warranty, take it back asap and get them to sort it if it's broken.
philb1965
http://www.weightwatchers.co.uk/Index.aspx Cheeky git! 15 stone of 'cough'...muscle (if only). Bit embaressing to be honest.. look at my lovely shiney sports car...crrreeeeaaak! Curious if it's just me, though I doubt it. If I had a decent Nissan garage locally I'd take it in but they are monkeys.
mcauleyj
When parked & you get in/out - does it creak if you leave the handbrake off (just have it in gear)? John

John Not tried it, I'll give it a go tomorrow morning and report back but I don't think it's brake related but you never know.
Chris`I
Most likely the drop links/ARB just like the 350z. I get it now and again if its cold, nothing to be worried about me thinks
roy_watson
Ive noticed this as well and it seems to be intermittent. I dunno if its the cold weather up this neck of the woods (East of Scotland). If it persists when things thaw out a bit i'm going to take it to the dealers (having issues with the boot release as well). Your right though that It can be a bit embarassing considering how much the thing costs.

If your boot doesn't release with one press of the button I've got that one to! I think heavier duty hatch springs sort it out. Another fix for service time. doctor austin
I would imagine its the rear drop links too. Maybe the creak goes away after its been out on wet roads. I fixed mine by removing them and working in some copper grease........I guess if its under warrenty then best leave to the garage..they may just spray them with WD40 rather than replace! Chris`I
WD40 is the worst thing to put on them. It will displace the grease. Get a mechanic to have a look and get them to grease it properly if its the drop links. My 350z did the same, you just get used to it
