waseem1978
Hi Guys, http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/2400831.htm I am interested in buying the above 350z if I can sell mine and wanted to know if the bronze 350z is a good deal. I was thinking I could sell my silver 350z with nismo kit for £8250 and by adding £1k to get the same car in bronze with a nice exhaust and lower miles. My car has done 68k miles. Genuine advice would be appreciated. http://i816.photobucket.com/albums/zz88 ... G_0312.jpg
DoogyRev
Looks a nice car .... you better hurry up and sell yours
Sarnie
I'm struggling to see why you would want to do this? You'll be paying an extra grand to have a car in a less desireable colour that will be harder to shift than your imo..........

Don't like the exhaust either, think the greddy evo2 looks better and sounds better and is a similar style.
waseem1978
I dont mind the colour but I think black interior is best. The exhaust tailpipes look nice and costs over a grand. My milleage is clocked up and he has low miles. I noticed that 350z prices have dropped alot over the last 6 months I dont really know how much my one will go for. Or if you really want another one, spend a bit more and get a MY06 or a MY07
rtbiscuit
only seems to put you out of pocket, if you want a colour change, spend the difference on getting your current one wrapped

Woody
Dont listen to them, its the best colour . But I dont see he point in trying to flog yours to get this. As Rich said, a wrap would be your best option
waseem1978
The red 350Z i viewed today was CAT D. Im only thinking of selling mine because I want one with lower miles as i want to keep it long term.
rtbiscuit
the zed engine if well maintained is bullet proof. i cant see why 250,000 miles isnt easily possible out of the engine. 100,000 seems like high miles but i reckon the engine will just be runninng at its best; nicely run in by then. Buying a new car, swallowing whatever depreciation on yours AND forking out cash for the sake of 25k seems coco loco to me. Of course it was CAT D?!! Who the hell sells a Zed for that price......I was surprised it came with an engine!!
ray350gt4
why dont you just spend the extra grand on a few nice mods for your own car.
geoff-r
I would keep yours it's a nicer car. If you're happy with your current car just imagine parting with money to buy the same car in a different colour to unearth a horrible problem. Not saying it would happen but it would be horrible if it did.
waseem1978
Thanks Geoff, I have decided from your comments to keep mine and save the money for mods. The first mod I have in mind is a car wrap. I have a few scratches on both doors and loads of stone chips on the bumber, the guy at the garage said it would be hidden if I wrapped the car. I found a wrap specialist in East London that said yesterday that he could wrap the car in any colour (exept crome) for £800. Now I dont know what colour to pick, I dont want somethink too flash just decreet but nice. Any ideas????
Woody
£800 is cheap. Does that include door shuts etc? If you want to stay subtle id say go. For a shade of red or yellow. Not too many around. As much as I love white, its been done a thousand times
Ebized
You made the right decision about that red ZED. Remember you generally only get what you pay for. Here is the right way as regards wrapping and having had some done myself by KJ's firm, they do it the right way viewtopic.php?f=132&t=42694&hilit=wrapping
