Daryl
Im potentially going to get a set of Varrstoen wheels, and wondered if these were the type of matt paint that i could apply a wax to,so that they are protected. Anyone got a set that maybe able to help?
rtbiscuit
you should be able to apply a wax to any paint
Daryl
I thought matt was different,as it can be either a matt clear coat,or just solid matt paint. I was hoping a member that has a set or had a set maybe able to advise.
Ian
Mine used to be matt, I used to wash them & then seal them with fk1000p. I hated them, matt wheels never look clean no matter how much you try to keep on top of them
Daryl
Would an Anthracite be better for an Azure Zed?
Biggy
Swissvax do a wax designed for matt paint, might be worth looking into that

RisingPower
For flat paint I'm gonna say gtechniq c5 Works great on the spokes of the gts's, hopeless on polished finish though. (It bonds to the paint on the spokes, does sod all on the clear coat on the polished lip) http://www.gtechniq.com/shop/3s-for-car ... el-armour/
clarkie34
Would an Anthracite be better for an Azure Zed? Dark wheels look good on Azure. Speak to Tim at Envy Valeting if you go with matt wheels.
