rtbiscuit Posted December 12, 2010 Share Posted December 12, 2010 you can change the bulbs, to a different kelvin setting but to be honest it doesn't make a massive difference. the headlights are just genrally crap. if you have the cash upgrading to the facelifted bi-xenons do make a big difference. but its not cheap. rtbiscuit Posted December 12, 2010 Share Posted December 12, 2010 best to go to an MOT test station, they have the correct equipment to get the correct legal level. you can do it at home with the car facing a wall or the garage door. but it will take the MOT guy about 2 minutes. and probably cost you nothing. I looked to do this to mine today as mine seem to point down way too mutch. Couldnt find the adjuster anywhere. Can anyone tell me or post a pic on where it is. Pete should be if your putting UK lights in a UK car. think there were wiring alterations to be made to some of the pins on the connector when fitting UK lights to a JDM. but get confirmation from one of the electrical boys. husky at Akira Designs might be able to clear things up.
