flyboy
Hi folks, ATTAK Z says these wheels are a bit special. Just looked good to me and swung the purchase. Anyway if there special they need to be treated to some good rubber. Fitted with allsorts at the mo ( 3 different types & mixed on the front) need to get something better for when the ice goes and im not driving the KA. Falken FK452's seem to be rated here and much cheaper than the MPSII's I had on the Crossfire before it got nicked. How would they compare to the Michelins and what sizes can I go up to. Sorry if this seems to repeat other posts but have spent a while reading in the tyres section and cant find the answer. Martin
Neilp
245/35/19 on front, 275/35/19 on rears. This is the standard tyre size recommended when purchasing. I was looking at falkens too but dont know if id trust them as much as the pirelli's but thats the price we pay i guess. I think the falkens take time to run in before theyre at there best. Dblock
falkens arent great IMO. They are good comapred to other budget tyres but nothing on MPS2, gsd3, f1 assermerials and the vreds senssantas work great aswell. But falkens are decent enough but if you want something "special" try the MPS2 if you richie rich, acutally im sure shire has some mps2's in the size you need.
