D0rzi
Woke up this morning and only one window wiper was working.Went for a closer inspection and it seems i can move it and cant move the one that is working so im guessing something has snapped. Any idea no a price to fix this ?
ChrisS
Most wipers are fitted on a conicle spline. Can you tighten it down ? or has the spline gone ? If the spline has worn away,a stop gap would be loctite (then a bugger to get off later) or some insulation tape round the spline and re-tighten the nut. ZMANALEX
Probably just requiring a tighten down. Just reposition the arm and tighten down the nut
R35LEE
If it's not the arm that has slipped on the spline it could be a rod has popped off under the plastic scuttle panel at the botton of the screen. Let us know what the outcome is. I have arms, motors and mechanisms sat here in stock if any are needed
