IanLivy
Hi folks excuse the newb question have my first flat tyre and realised I don't have a locking wheel nut socket - I'm assuming they're generic for the standard alloys (?) Saw these on ebay http://shop.ebay.co.uk/?_from=R40&_trksid=m570&_nkw=350+wheel+nut+socket anyone know if it's 17mm or 19mm? Thanks, Ian
ChrisS
The link is just for the socket with a plastic sleave to protect your alloy wheels. The locking nut 'keys' are diffrent from car to car, you need to check all the cubby holes in the car for the key,or get a new one from the 'stealers'. I think it's 19mm,if stuck I can nip up to my garage, but it's , halfords also sell them for a similar price.
DoogyRev
The Stealer's have a master locking key, so buy your self some new ones and get them to take the old one's off
350ash
The socket needed for the locking wheel nut key is 21mm on my car, which is the same size socket needed for all the other wheel nuts.
IanLivy
thanks guys I didn't realise it was unique to my car - no joy finding it, but just phoned Nissan who were most helpful, said if I pop the car in they can find the unique number and order another key which takes just couple of days apparently :-) Ian
