Neilp
hmm a bit dodgy, be easy on the clutch. use ur towing eye on the rear... not sure its completely safe but in an emergency i would defo use this line of thought
GT4 Zed
there is an eye for the rear tow hook under rear bumper beneath the little square pull up tab. you tow hook is in the right trunk well with the jacks etc. just lift the platfrm between the boot and spare wheel compartment to get to it. Hope you have towed a vehicle before and the driver of the towed vehicle is competent if not it can end in tears Easy does it and anticipation is crucial. However if you mean like towing a caravan or trailer etc then there is no provision for this on the zed unless you customise one. frankly this is the wrong car for such menial tasks
dyla350z
With a rope! i would have no problems towing with mine but it would depend on the quaity of the driver i was towing, when towing get the car behind to do most of the braking(better if there car is running due to the brake servo)they brake when you dab your brakes, keep tension allwys on the tow rope & a too long tow rope is worse than a too short 1,fixed bar tow is best if you have the option. sasha@lazytrips
Thank you so much for your immediate help guys! This forum is fantastic if you're in need. My brother in law's car got totalled and it was complete darkness and I'd spent about 30 minutes trying to find how to sort him out. It turns out that Do-Luck have a nifty diffuser/floor spoiler thing happening in the part of the car where normal people have tow hook holes so we had to come up with an alternative method of shifting his scrap metal around east anglia.
