djrm
Hi people I know this is a long-shot there being anyone on here that knows about this but always worth an ask!! I am currently building a website where I will need to send customers pre-paid insured envelopes for them to send items to me to be processed. Not large items, just films, slides etc. I have been looking on Google for options of this, something like the ones that Cash My Gold etc use... Does anyone know, is it just a freepost address and they send an envelope with their logos etc on that comes back to that address or do they pay per envelope according to what the customer might have, value / size wise?? I know this is a long shot but any help would be appreciated!! Just seems that Royal Mail Freepost allows you to have 1 address linked which is fine but only appears to offer 1st or 2nd class, neither of which would be tracked or insured... Thanks! Husky
there is a number on the envelope i believe that corresponds to your freepost account. There are different options on the cost but thats all i know.
geoff-r
We use Royal Mail in work for their freepost/pre-paid envelopes. It works well and we rarely get anything going missing but I appreciate you want a level or security such as recorded/signed for.
