Got your attention ;)

Spent £350 for a pair of vredestein ultrac sessanta's....

£45 to get her tracked.

Turns out the reason I was so unhappy with the handling was because the rear wheels were 6mm ... yup, that's right SIX mil out!

Only had a quick drive back from the tyre place... but she feels SO SO much more stable. Like the car I wanted her to be all along.

:yahoo:

How can people DO this kind of thing to their cars and NOT notice it? :bang:

Still gotta do 400 odd miles till the tyres bed in but I am still really chuffed with the way they feel all ready.

Thanks guys for all the help!

Glad you got it sorted Jim, I say it to everyone when they buy a car, get the alignment sorted before anything else (unless your doing suspension)

Top advice Daz...

Even so, as the owner... How can you NOT notice the steering wheel being 5 degrees out?

When Andrew took it out in Wales (What is his name on here?) he noticed it within 20 seconds, if that...

HOW can you have new alloys or spacers and NOT notice it? :scare:
