UNABASHED Posted September 1, 2010 Share Posted September 1, 2010 I'm sure everyone else but me will know the answer to this but here goes... when you see larger vehicles such as trucks or buses and coaches etc, they have some wheels which are dished in middle and some that are the opposite and come out of the wheel. M13KYF Posted September 1, 2010 Share Posted September 1, 2010 isnt it because on the back you have two wheels next to each other on each side so the wheels are bolted together and the brake drum is behind the inner most wheel.
