M9O OEY
Hi iv spotted this on e bay No 350323258132 they say it reduces MPG by using a magnet basically, personally I think it must be a gimmic or everone would be using them.
Ricey
I think they do a nice line in plug in chips for £40 that give you 50bph more too
M9O OEY
Yeah pretty much what I thought
spursmaddave
If you get a free electric supercharger with it I would bite their hand off, the superchargers are usually £100+
Ricey
I remember another one from a few years back on ebay called the 'Vortex' which was a piece of jagged sort of cog shaped metal that apparently did the same thing. What always amazes me is the amount of people who buy one, actually think its working and leave positive feedback!! Given the way the government is with climate change these days.......if it aint fitted already, it probably doesn't work. That said I've got a chip box for my diesel lancer (£250 which is at the real 'low end' of the prices you should pay) and that does give slightly better fuel economy and about 15bhp more. stanski
I cant believe people are still peddling this cr** ffs surely trading standards would have banned them by now....
Zugara
Do you know how they "work"? Well let me explain. 2 magnets are secured to the fuel line, as close to the injector manifold as possible. As fuel passes between the magnetic field, it becomes "aligned" . IE the fuel molecules are aligned in straight Regimentation. Now, since the molecules are "aligned" and not all jumbled up in termoil, they enter the injectors in a smoother fashion thus allowing a "cleaner" burn, hence improving the MPG. So, in summary then... Its a load of horse sh1t, bourne out of the great USA, and have been around for 21 years.
Ricey
OMG I just nearly wet myself laughing at this - look what I found from the same shop but painted yellow instead red wait for it......... Descaler Water Conditioner for Boiler Dishwasher Shower 350136761182 Apparently due to magnetohydrotechnology.........blahblahblah!
rothers2901
You dont buy a Z to save money on fuel. Fill up, empty it, and go again thats my motto.

shad0wca7
If you apply those magnets all along your fuel line then route your exhaust into your intake manifold you get a perpetual motion machine and free fuel for life! If anybody wants the designs for this, I'll email them for £10.
