Alloy Wheel Refurbishment issue

Recommended Posts

Yesterday i curbed my front alloy wheel :bang:

I went to ask about getting it re-done and they said it can be done but there is no chance of it being a 100% colour match to the other wheels.

Has anyone had a refurbishment done? if so how good was the colour match.

We find when we repair them at work the manufacture doesnt give a paint code for the wheels. We repair the wheel then get the colour chips from the paint scheme and spend 10mins finding the nearest colour. You will find the repaired alloys won't be the perfect match but very close.

I wouldnt worry mate just get it done lol... :teeth:

wicked wheels can be good, a few reccomended the done near croyden i think. near jerry.

other option is get all 4 powdercoated. if you have 1 done it won't be powder coated it will be wet paint job.

wicked wheels i think is about £40 to repair a scuffed wheel. £75 per wheel to refurb the whol surface.

i had all 4 of mine powder coated for £200
