Darren-B
The biggest I've seen is a 305 / 25 r20 at the rear on caveys car, not sure what offset but they are huge
Ian
13J will fit & with a pretty low offset BUT you will need some serious arch work & a fair bit of neg camber. Best bet is to ask over at my350 & some of the HF guys will help you out

Husky
Highly likely the yanks will have done this, nothing new to them i would guess. As stated, ask on www.my350z.com, but proof read everything you type or they will hurt you

docwra
On a standard, unmolested arch I dont think you could go much past 10J ET0. With rolling and flaring you might get another 15mm, so 10J ET -15 or 12 ET10, but Ive not seen it done Id hasten to add. Thats a 19x11 ET4 but I know theres some archwork done there. Thats 18x10.5 ET-8 and looks like its just been lipped, not flared. www.rimtuck.com is your friend BTW, Im running 10 ET -44 but thats with a 65mm arch extension ...........
