Zugara
I had a slight overflow today of brake fluid.....don’t ask! Any way is it true or fiction that brake fluid has a detrimental effect on painted surfaces? Or was that on the 2 Pac paint? Washed all of the fluid away with plenty of water, so i should be ok if the fluid doesn't ruin paint work. So far it looks ok...
Ekona
You really don't want to be getting brake fluid on ANYTHING. Paint and skin are possibly the worst two. As long as you were quick you'll probably be fine.

Wasso
I had my car vandalised years ago with brake fluid.... eats everything in sight!! If it eats through the paint it will soak into the bodywork.... this equals write off!! As you won't be able to paint over the vehicle again! It also eats into plastic rather nice!! bigbramble
If you wiped it straight off you will be fine, lots of experience tells me that
