sss107
Hi there, im new to 350zs' and mine has 20" rims. I need to replace the tyres shortly and wondered what size was needed.I don't want the car to handle badly so what would be ideal for 20's. (I have 18's coming my way shortly) They are: Rear 275/30/20 and Front 245/35/20. Why are the fronts 35? Or is that correct lol! ATTAK Z
STANDARD UK RAYS Front 225/45/18 Rear 245/45/18 YOUR TYRES Front 245/35/20 + 3.00% Rear 275/30/20 -0.69 % MY TYRES Front 245/30/20 - 0.71% Rear 285/30/20 +0.19 % ALSO GOOD Front 255/30/20 + 0.20 % Rear 285/30/20 +0.19 % Anything over 2.5 % delta is BAD ............all also depends on wheel width if you don't want to stretch your tyres which is ........ also BAD
sss107
Brilliant mate, thanks for that. I got a good deal on 285/30/20's so I just need the fronts. My next q. is can I go for either 255/30/20 or 245/30/20 or just the 255/30/20 like you posted? I hope im not just being daft but im new to the Z! Cheers As before ........ fronts can be 245/30/20 - 0.71% or 255/30/20 + 0.20 % IMO the 245s look better cos they lower the car slightly and have a thinner sidewall ..... but then it's only millimeters my car
